This apartment was incredible! The location was perfect, close enough the all the major spots but still out of the way of large crowds. Definitely a great place to stay both short and long term! Highly recommend!

Apartment pretty much as advertised.
For whatever reason, communications wrt directions and final instructions for arrival/ check/in were a bit challenging, but upon arrival everything was fine. St Angelo water bus terminal is very close, and only one small canal bridge to cross with luggage. Relatively easy.
Centrally located to both St Marks square and Rialto Bridge.
Bed is not the most comfortable.
Washer only, no dryer, but none advertised despite a washer user manual that says it’s a combo washer/dryer… go figure,
Towel heating rack apparently does not work.
Above are details but overall an excellent apartment at that price point.

Perfect location. Right off the water bus dock which puts you anywhere along the canal in minutes. Far enough away from main spots so it’s quiet. Huge space for 2 people and very modern finishes. Thanks for sharing your space!
