Welcome to this inviting 45 m² apartment accommodating up to 4 guests. Enjoy a private pool (open from 01/04 to 31/10) and a lovely terrace overlooking the pool.

The private pool, open from April 1st to October 31st, will be covered in the evening by us to ensure cleanliness. In the morning, it will be reopened after the robot has done its job to keep the water clear and inviting.

The common areas include a bright and friendly living space furnished with a comfortable sofa and a desk. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals that you can enjoy at the dining table, perfect for cozy gatherings with family or friends.

- Cleaning is included in the rate. Bed linen can be brought by guests or rented on site for 15 euros. Guests must bring their own towels.

- On-site parking is included. No pets, no parties, smoking indoors is prohibited. The owner lives nearby.
- The property must be returned in a reasonable state and bins placed outside; fees may apply if not respected.
