Security Gate Registration
• All guests, including children, must be registered prior to arrival at the security gate
• Please send us all names (first and last) prior to check-in date
• Maximum of four (4) vehicles allowed per reservation


Parking Rules:
• Street parking is NOT allowed
• 1 vehicle may park in the driveway
• 1 vehicle may park on the driveway apron (parallel to the street)
• All other vehicles must park in parking spots located throughout the resort
• There are no assigned parking spots
• Vehicles may not block the sidewalk or grass

Starter Supplies (Not Replenished)

A complimentary starter supply is provided for day one only:
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• Travel-size hand soap and shampoo per bathroom
• 2 garbage bags per bin
• 1 paper towel roll
• 2 dishwasher pods
• Dish detergent and sponge

* Basic kitchen essentials are included (pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils).
* No condiments, seasonings, coffee (or filters), or tea are provided.

Pool Heating (Optional)
• Available October–March for $45/day
• Must be requested for the entire stay
• Must be requested at least 72 hours before arrival
• Last minute reservations we cannot accept pool heating
• Heating takes 24–48 hours
• Not available April–September
• Heating effectiveness may vary below 60°F

Pool Service
• Pool is serviced every Monday
• Pool may be unavailable for approximately 3 hours during servicing
• Pool heating is not intended to reach hot tub temperatures

Pool Use:
• Guests use the pool and surrounding areas at their own risk.
• No lifeguard is provided, and guests are responsible for the safe use and supervision of everyone in their party.

• Grilling must be done on the grass, not the patio

• Deliveries are accepted at the Paradise Palms clubhouse
• Handling fee: $1 per pound
• Storage fee: $1 per day
• Accepted carriers: Amazon, UPS & FedEx
• USPS is not accepted
• Packages must arrive during your stay
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages
