Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.

★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

Yes - the home features a private pool exclusively for guest use.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Yes, pool heating will be a $60 fee per day, but the spa is complimentary. For monthly stays the pool heating is capped $1000 per month. Pool heating is available upon request. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to use it, so we can ensure the system is properly checked and working before your arrival. Pool heating systems can be sensitive, and advance notice allows us time to address any potential issues. The hot tub will not be hot at check-in. Due to energy-saving measures, hot tubs cannot be left running continuously, as turning them on disables the cleaning mode. For this reason, they are only activated for a few hours at a time. Guests may turn it on upon arrival or contact us to have it activated.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Pets are allowed with an extra $150 fee per pet.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

Parking is available in the driveway only.

Street parking is not permitted and may result in fines or towing at the guest’s expense.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No amplified music or excessive noise is allowed. All music must be off after 10 PM.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. We require contact information for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a quiet residential community and parties, events or gatherings that exceed the posted occupancy are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.



Pool Equipment Notice - For safety and proper operation, please do not adjust, tamper with, or manually operate any pool equipment, timers, heaters, pumps, or control systems. Any damage resulting from unauthorized use may be the guest's responsibility.
