Living space

Sunlight moves through the open living areas throughout the day, giving the space a warm, easy feel that makes winding down simple. The indoor fireplace anchors the main living room - a natural gathering point for evenings in, board games, or streaming something together on the TV. Ceiling fans and full air conditioning and heating keep things comfortable year-round.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms are arranged to give everyone their own space to recharge. The home sleeps up to eight guests, with quality bed linens, uncluttered decor, and clothing storage in each room to help you feel at home from the first night.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for real cooking - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a blender, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee maker, and baking sheet are all here. Barbecue utensils are included for outdoor grilling, and the dining table gives everyone a place to pull up a chair.



Bathrooms

Both full bathrooms are stocked with starter amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. The primary bathroom features a bathtub and separate shower, double vanities, and a hair dryer. Fresh towels and bed linens are provided.



Outdoor living

The screened patio and backyard are built for time outside. The hot tub is ready whenever you need to decompress, and outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill make it easy to eat al fresco or simply sit and enjoy the air. The private entrance means you come and go on your own schedule.

A washer and dryer are on-site for longer stays, and the home is pet-friendly with pre-approval - a fee applies. Self check-in via smart lock means a smooth, flexible arrival. Free parking is available in the garage on premises, and a laundromat is also nearby. Long-term stays are welcome.

Guests are required to provide a refundable security deposit after booking via our CJR Stays Guest App:

$500 refundable security deposit,



This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.



Pet Policy & Fees

Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.



Standard Pet Fees

• $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195)

• $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295)



Large Pet Surcharge (Over 35 lbs)

• $49 one-time fee for 1 large pet

• $95 one-time fee for 2 large pets



Failure to disclose pets or pay applicable fees may result in additional charges or cancellation.



Age Requirement & ID Verification

Primary guest must be 21+ years old.



Guests under 21 may book with a one-time $49 fee (applies once per reservation, one guest only).



All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes:

• Government-issued ID

• Selfie verification

• Signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal



Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.
