Pool heating is available for $75/day with a two-day minimum and requires at least 48 hours' advance notice.

Guests have access to the full home and backyard, except for the locked owner's closet and garage.

For security, exterior Ring cameras with audio monitor the front entrance, front lawn, parking area, and street-facing exterior only. There are no interior cameras.

The pool and hot tub are not fenced. Exterior doors leading toward the pool are equipped with automatic-closing doors and high-level latches, and children must be actively supervised at all times.

The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old.

Required Guest Verification

In accordance with Litchfield Park City Code § 8-8-10, this property is subject to a required guest verification process. As part of this requirement, guests must complete a screening through Truvi, a third-party guest screening service.

After booking, the primary guest will be contacted directly by Truvi to complete the required verification and will be asked for your name, address, and date of birth.
