One problem we had was that we booked the upper-end rooms in the hotel, called Pier 69 in the booking, but the hotel has a different name!

Staff is great and ocean front suite is amazing.
However, the elevator broke and I was trapped inside, the air conditioning system leaked water in the room and there was no way to control the temperature of the ac since it was not working.
