⚠️ Propane for grills/fire pits is provided when available but cannot be guaranteed throughout your stay. If empty, please refill/replace the existing tank (do not buy a brand new tank) and provide a receipt for reimbursement.

⚠️ Rural setting: occasional small insects. Year-round pest control measures in place.

⚠️ Friendly Note: 🐻 Black bears may be spotted in the area. Keep food/trash secured and they will wander past.

⚠️Winter Driving Note❄️: 4WD/AWD strongly recommended during winter. Guests are responsible for towing if stuck.

📌We strive for high cleanliness standards. Occasionally, if prior guests didn't follow guidelines, we drain, clean, and refill the hot tub. This may delay heating until the evening of your first night (or longer depending on weather) 🔥🌙. Professionally serviced after every reservation with time-stamped cleaning photos on file. Additional guest-requested hot tub servicing incurs an extra fee.
