This hotel is awesome and the stay in this hotel is one of my best experiences with hotel stays. If the review system allows up to 10 stars, I would rate this hotel with 10 stars. The 5-star rating system couldn't distinguish this excellent hotel from other great hotels.
Firstly, the location of this hotel is great. It is right between Himeji Station and Himeji Castle. It is at 8-minute walking distance from Himeji Castle and about 11 minutes away from Himeji Station, and is very close to many restaurants between the Station and the Castle.
The staff of the hotel are very friendly and they provide clear instructions for check-in by email and messaging via expedia app.
The rooms are super clean and equipped with great amenities. Fridges have free bottled water, and the sweets and snacks are provided as welcome gifts. The whole hotel is well designed, full of Japanese cultural decorations. Japanese style sleeping clothes as well as eye masks and ear plugs are provided.
Highly recommend this hotel! I will book this hotel again for sure if I visit Himeji again.
