Family friendly clean room quiet

The property was conveniently located and was obviously freshly cleaned. However, I believe they probably are new to Vrbo. The communication was practically non existent. I was told I'd receive check-in instructions the night before our arrival and I did not. I had to make a phone call to get the information the day of. There was no instructions given for check our either. The property itself is rather new and furnished with many finds from the Goodwill. I don't mind that at all but they probably want to remove the price tags. There is a Keurig but there are no pods so bring your own. There are no coffee mugs either. There is also a need for small lamps on the nightstands. There are small air conditioning units in each bedroom however we couldn't get two of them to work. The property is close to Fred Meyer, a couple of good coffee shops, and a short drive to South Hill where there are beautiful homes, views, shops to enjoy. All in all we had a pleasant stay and I'm sure when they improve communication and add a few things you'll enjoy your stay.
