Located in a peaceful country setting on 14 acres, this serene retreat can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guest with 7 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. Todd is an excellent host and is very responsive to every request and question. We had seven couples stay in this beautiful home for a long weekend of bourbon and basketball. The home is very comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the firepit and sauna and pool table.

Perfect house for us, our 5 grown kids/spouses, and their littles. We had commitments in Lexington, and everyone was anxious to get back to "The House" as quick as possible.Kitchen was VERY well stocked -- ziplock bags, parchment paper, various spices. Very thoughtful to have laundry pods, trash bags, and paper towels stocked. All of these things just made it an easy stay. Indoor games, outdoor games, kites -- no shortage of things to do. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us -- and making it such an enjoyable place to hang out for a few day!

Awesome property! We stayed for a weekend on bourbon trail. Plenty of space and things to do at the house - billiards, shuffle board, arcade, bacci ball, hot tub… very clean and newly renovated. Highly recommend!
