I'm a local who stayed a few nights because I was attending a festival. The place is really nice and cozy. I swear they have the best AC on the planet. Everything was organized and tidy but not clean. The floor had been swept but not mopped for a while, we had to keep our shoes on because our feet were black from how dirty the floor was.
I read some reviews about it being loud because of the bar downstairs but we didn't hear anything. What I can say is that the walls are paper thin and the guests in the room next to us were extremely loud at 6am.
Other than the dirty floor, I'd stay again. Cool bakery right down the street
