Located in one of the most desirable residential areas of Fort Myers Beach, Villa Beach Paradise offers the perfect setting for a truly memorable vacation. Just about a 5-minute walk from the island?s beautiful beaches, the villa enjoys a prime southern exposure and was new and modern furnished in fall 2025. The villa features a private swimming pool with a spacious pool deck, as well as a large upper-floor terrace directly connected to the living area. From here, you can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere in the evening sun?perfect for ending the day with a barbecue. The bright and welcoming living area provides direct access to the terrace. The light-filled bedrooms are also modern and comfortably furnished, offering a restful retreat. The open-plan American kitchen with dining area is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The living room and all bedrooms are fitted with modern Smart TVs. A wide range of programs is available via the internet; German-language channels can be accessed, and guests may connect their own streaming services such as Netflix. On the lower level of the house, the spacious pool terrace is equipped with sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and comfortable beach chairs, inviting you to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy peaceful hours. The rental price is valid for occupancy of up to 4 guests. Each additional guest will be charged at the stated rate. Children up to 3 years of age stay free of charge.
Electricity is charged at $0.16 + tax per kilowatt-hour. The meter reading will be documented by photo at check-in and check-out.
If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without prior cancellation, a $50 fee will be charged to cover additional work.
For insurance reasons, we do not rent out boats, bicycles, or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options nearby, and our local team will be happy to assist you.
