About this house rental
This is definitely your home away from home for the whole family. Situated in a fantastic location opposite a park. Walking distance to shops and public transport. 2 k’s from the beach and a short drive to Mandurah City.
Beautifully finished with wood look floors throughout and offers ducted reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you comfortable, no matter what the season is. Two living areas and a massive kitchen with all the equipment you need. Enjoy the large outdoor entertainment area on those hot Summer nights. R/C ducted air to keep you comfy and the added bonus of Wifi and Foxtel. The main bedroom offer tons of wardrobe space and drawers and also offers a Smart TV and Foxtel. It’s serviced by a large newly renovated ensuite. There is a quiet seperate lounge room to chill in with a good book or just for some time out. The super spacious living area also offers a large TV you can watch while sinking into the super sized leather lounge suite. There is also an 8 seater leather and marble dining setting. The spacious kitchen offers all the mod cons including an air fryer, and a 2 door fridge and freezer. Of course it’s fully equiped with all the cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery and other cooking equipment. There is a second bathroom to service the back two bedrooms. One queen bedroom with another TV and a garden view. The other bedroom has twin leather beds and also offers views over the garden. The laundry has a front loading washing machine and a dryer, as well as a separate toilet.
