About the Unit Fully furnished with hotel quality beds. Main bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has 2 single beds. If a fifth persons stays we have a fold out bed. Equipped with an outdoor setting which is a nice private space to relax, for your cooking pleasure there is a Weber BBQ available on the front verandah of the kitchen for easy access. Available for your use is a smart TV with Netflix and internet. Free Wifi. Guests have one undercover car park plus visitors Car park. Guest have access to pool. There is also a Mini Golf for the kids I will message the day before you arrive. I give you directions of where the key is. There is a security lock box and I will message you the code. Parking is directly in front of the unit. Any thing you need to know, I will be contactable and I only live 10 mins. away. It is a very quiet complex with a share pool. Rules must apply at all times. Across the road is a walking & bike track that will take you along the Nightcliff foreshore. There are shops, Markets and restaurants in walking distance. A Jetty where you can go fishing and a beach to walk along. On the weekends at the jetty, there are food Vans set up, where you can have a meal, watching the sunset. There is also play areas for families with children and if you like the Gym. there is out door gym equipment along the way. The local Nightcliff Pool, if you like to do laps, next to The Foreshore Restaurant.
