About this house rental
Built in 2016 and meticulously maintained, the Cedar Tree Cottage exudes historic charm and character while offering all the modern comforts you'll need for a laid-back Ocracoke vacation. This one-story home sits low to the ground with a wheelchair ramp to the rear exterior. Nature-lovers will appreciate the mature trees and vegetation that surround the home for plenty of privacy. The curb appeal is undeniable, with cedar shakes, classic coastal features and a welcoming front porch that's screened in. The charm continues inside with a gas fireplace, shiplap walls and hardwood floors. Prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and a farmhouse sink. Two bedrooms, one queen and one pyramid bunk bed (twin on top, double on the bottom), a full bath and a half bath is perfect for small families or a romantic getaway for couples.
When you're ready to venture out, you won't have to go far to find a variety of shopping, dining and famous Ocracoke attractions. Cedar Tree Cottage is located on Lighthouse Road, and is less than a five-minute walk from Silver Lake Harbor and all the locally owned businesses that make this island community a one-of-a-kind destination.
Pets are not allowed. No smoking/vaping. No phone.
This property accepts partial week reservations within two weeks of arrival with a three night minimum.
Parking strictly limited to one car.
Sheets and Towels are provided and beds will be made for you arrival, with the exception of the top bunk.
Level Layout: The entire interior is all on one floor.

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!! We had great time in the comfort of your house. It certainly felt like home, we appreciated the finishes, detail, and design. It was well equiped with all the essentails of home. The location is also a win, we have visited Oracoke 3 times and this was by far the best stay!We will highly recommend and we look foreward to our next trip to the island.
