About this apartment rental
This lovely comfortable two bedroom two bath downstairs unit has a king and queen size bed, completely renovated unit.
There is a washer/dryer in the unit, 3 tvs and internet.
W building is located on the lake and is next to the larger pool that has a small kitchen area, fridge too. The pool does have a deep end and the area also has a small wading pool for children.
Fishing is allowed in the lake, there is a small dog run located next to the two pickleball/tennis courts and a swing area at playground that also has a picnic table for a nice picnic.
Please be respectful of owners property and the neighbors.

Wonderful place to stay with my family and our little dog! The view of the pond is amazing! The beds were super comfortable and it was clean. We rented a golf cart and it was such a convenient location to everything on the island. My son really enjoyed the pool that is just a few steps away.

There was great communication for check in and check out. Condo was adorable in a great complex.
