**This unit has the bedroom upstairs. So it is important that you are okay with stairs. The bathroom is downstairs, so you have to take that into consideration too. The fireplace is non-working. No smoking in unit - we strive to be a non-smoking property.

Wonderful apartment on a gorgeous lake. Perfect location for Sebring Raceway and beautiful setting for relaxing. The apartment was comfortable and very well equipped and the host was very helpful. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
