Unterkunft auf jeden Fall meiden!

Hier meine Erfahrung 1.Miettag 26.05.26 Am Ankunftstag (2 Miettage) trotz Nachfrage keine Information zur Unterkunftsübergabe erhalten; ca. 50 Min. vor Check In gegen 18.36 pm (Check In Fenster 19.30-00.00h) telefon. Absage der Vermieterin wegen Wasserschaden, Unterkunft ist nicht bezugsfähig. 2. Miettag 27.05.26 ca. 2.00am Information der Vermieterin an Booking.com, Mieter ist nicht angereist; danach Stornierung der Unterkunft auf Booking.com durch Vermieter. Vermieterin stellt Unterkunft zur Weitervermietung auf Booking.com als verfügbar erneut online. 28.05. Mitteilung der Vermieterin an Booking.com: „Die Unterkunft hat uns jedoch am Anreisetag per E-Mailbestätigt, dass Sie vor Ort eingecheckt hat, etwa 38 Minuten im Hotel war und die Unterkunft anschließend wieder verlassen hat“. Danach durch mich: Erstellung Betrugsanzeige. Vermieterin weigert sich trotz Nicht Erbringung der Mietleistung und eigene Stornierung den vollen Mietpreis zurückzuerstatten. Als zusätzlicher Schaden sind Mehrkosten durch Doppelbuchung und höhere Preise der Anmietung weitere Zusatzosten entstanden.
