Very simple lodgings, not much beyond the minimums - no glasses, only two coffee mugs, but it has a pocket WiFi, which is super slick. Doesn’t offer an umbrella, but it’s only ten minutes walk away from all the busy areas. It’s a mixed bag! You have to do your own research to see if that price is worth this level of accommodations vs the other places, for this price, which was about $75 pe4 night for six nights. Me? I’d stay there again, but I certainly sure look to see if there was something closer to a Metro station, and that had a few other amenities.
But overall, knowing the cost of the accommodations in Tokyo, it was fine, but I had been spoiled earlier on the trip being only two or three minutes away from mass transit, and here, best case, it was 5-6 minutes away from the subway. Look for the subway out of the Eastside Square Plaza, the Odeo line, as it is the absolutely best and closest to get into the system. This is kind of a two-story plaza, with a big modern commercial building in front, but stay down below, and you can be undercover if it’s either hot, for the shade, or if it’s raining, for the cover! Otherwise, it’s about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the other stations
Glasses, and an umbrella! Tokyo set an all-time record for consecutive days of rain during our stay 😂

Comfy small flat, clean and stocked with lots of towels, soaps etc.
Perfect for a few days in the area
Easy and fast communication with the host
very quiet and peaceful living area so easy to sleep despite the lack of soundproofing
Poorly soundproofed, there’s a gym next doors and you hear them very clearly in the evening.
house seems to be on the older side, the door was a bit stuck when closing and it smelled strongly like a dog lives there, like a very penetrating scent
