Apartment expensive for stay!

Property in great location

Property needs updating. Rotten, wet sofa on the balcony that smelt disgusting everytime you went out there. Broken drawers in wardrobe. No shower curtain in bottom bathroom

apartamento muy limpio y centrico, comodo y con todo lo que necesitaba, el staff muy disponible en solucionar todas mis dudas, piscina espectacular y lugar paradisiaco, con todos tipos de servicios como restaurantes y farmacias a 1 min caminando.

Preis-Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht

Die Lage ist gut, schnell am Strand, ebenso schnell in Restaurants und Supermarkt; sauberer Pool.

Das Apartment war nicht in einem Zustand zum Vermieten: Die Eingangstüre war schwer zu bewegen und konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden, die Balkontüre auch nicht. Der Safe konnte ohne Schlüssel von Hand geöffnet werden. Auf dem Balkon steht ein altes kaputtes Sofa zum Entsorgen. Fast eine Woche lang kamen täglich bis zu 4 Handwerkern, um eine provisorische Lösung zu erstellen. Die Einrichtung ist alt. Gleich daneben wird umgebaut mit entsprechendem Lärm. Der Wasserkocher ging beim ersten Gebrauch kaputt (wurde aber schnell ersetzt). Die Nachbarn von oben warfen Zigarettenstummel auf unseren Balkon, z.T. brennend. Das sind keine guten Voraussetzung für erholsame Ferien. Die Verwaltung hatte wenig Verständnis für die Verärgerung.
