The complimentary breakfast was fresh, tasty, and served on time. There was a good variety of options, and everything was well prepared. The dining area was clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. It was a wonderful way to start the morning. Highly recommended!
Everyone was kind, cooperative, and quick to assist whenever needed. The staff made us feel at home throughout our stay.
Overall, the stay was comfortable. A few facilities could use some maintenance, but the excellent staff and good service made up for it.

The hotel staff was outstanding throughout my stay. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was quick and smooth, the rooms were kept spotless, and any request was handled promptly. Their excellent hospitality made me feel comfortable and valued. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for friendly service and a pleasant stay. Keep up the great work!

Booking confirmation and check-in was very smooth and quick.
Room and bathroom plus overall area was very neat and clean.
Internet was good and fast.
Room provided was exactly as per the pictures.
But,
* There was no hot water in the room our whole stay even though I had specifically called them to confirm this.
* Too many mosquitos in the room.
* Fan dimmer was not working so the only option was full blast speed.
* Reception staff was playing very loud video/tiktok from 10:30pm till almost 2am. Which was very disturbing since the room they gave us was just beside the desk and my child was not able to sleep well. I contacted the provided number to ask for help but there was no response till morning.
