The overall quality of the hotel, the super friendly staff of the frontdesk, the concierges, the restaurant staff and the staff of the main lobby. We also enjoyned the wide selection and quality of food and beverage of the breakfast and diner.
The location of the Trans Hotel Jakarta

The breakfast was outstanding. Staff good but English not great with all. Super quality of building and service materials. Very quiet. Impressed by the finish out and materials and breakfast spread.
Dinner was not great. Chicken was raw and Cesar salad unimpressive. Expensive water and had to ask twice for ice. Server didn’t speak good English. Nice as are most people there but

Spacious room, high qualities of everything, super friendly and helpful staffs especially front desk ( Shout out to Dimas - super friendly ), Grand breakfast buffet with various choices of food. Very recommended.

They have a great buffet for breakfast and good facilities for events. Connected to mall where shopping and services can be done.
The location is a bit far from city center and airport.
