Fantastic central location with all of Norwich within walking distance. An abundance of nice cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops within close walking distance. The property manager, Louis, was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had or assistance we needed.
We happened to come during unusually hot weather. There was one very small fan in the bedroom but we could have used another fan in the living room. Just outside the entrance to the building there was a rubbish bin, filled to the brim and smelling quite badly. That should have been removed before or upon our arrival.

Luis was great at communicating and took on verbal feedback whilst we were there and had already taken steps to enhance a stay in this property. The location could not be better. It would be perfect for a short city break.
Parking is only possible in multi-storey car parks which are nearby, but very expensive. There were some issues which were promptly addressed by Luis.
