La situation. La décoration. Les serviettes de bain et les peignoirs.
Trop petit pour 3 . Pas de place pour les valises ni dans la salle de bain. Le béton au sol qui n’est pas très hygiénique . Le petit-déjeuner est bon mais comme il n’y a pas suffisamment d’espace, il est préférable de ne pas le prendre dans l’appartement. On a la possibilité de le prendre sur le rooftop mais vu la chaleur…

Nagyon kedves személyzet, minden igényt kiszolgáló felszereltség. A kényelem és a tisztaság első osztályú, a központ pár perc sétára van.
Bármilyen kérésünk volt, 5 perc alatt teljesítették.
Sajnos a hangszigetelés nem a legjobb, emiatt behallatszódnak a külső zajok.

Schon beim Betreten des Apartments waren wir absolut begeistert! Alles ist wunderschön inszeniert und mit unzähligen liebevollen, zugleich sehr stilvollen Details gestaltet. Die persönlichen Grüße und das kleine Willkommensgeschenk haben uns besonders berührt.
Auch sonst wurde wirklich an alles gedacht: Wasser im Kühlschrank, gemütliche Beleuchtung, Klimaanlage und ein Fernseher mit Netflix-Option. Das gesamte Apartment ist außergewöhnlich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat ein ganz besonderes Ambiente.
Bereits der Eingang und die Lobby sind beeindruckend gestaltet – und die Dachterrasse ist ein absoluter Traum! Die schöne Musik hat die besondere Atmosphäre perfekt abgerundet.
Dazu kommen die sehr zentrale Lage, der unkomplizierte Check-in und die jederzeit mögliche, freundliche Kommunikation per WhatsApp. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, können das Apartment uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen!

Apartamento muy exclusivo. Completamente renovado y cama muy muy cómoda. Pero el descanso se vuelve imposible dado el ruido que procede de la calle.
Habíamos hecho reserva en apartamento con vistas al jardín precisamente pq el edificio está ubicado en una de las calles que da acceso a la plaza de la Merced, y se por experiencia que estás calles son ruidosas por el continuo ir y venir de la gente y por qué hay establecimientos que abren incluso toda la noche. Nos dicen que hubo un problema con el apartamento reservado y nos trasladan a otro , que dicen es de categoría superior. Pero nuestra decepción viene en el momento del descanso. Imposible descansar con el ruido que proviene de la calle. Cañerías de desagüe sin aislar , por lo que cada vez que se utilizaban grifos en apartamento superior, oíamos el discurrir de las aguas.Fueron tres noches inolvidables pero en el peor sentido de la frase. Mis vacaciones truncadas por la falta de descanso. Una gran decepción 😞🫤
