1) Excellent location, 10/10. A stone’s throw away from many great cafés and restaurants, so everything was incredibly convenient.
2) Hariz, the accommodation host, was also very helpful and responsive, 10/10. He was quick to respond and made the stay very easy and comfortable.
3) The room was spacious, clean and well-kept, 10/10. I particularly liked having a small kitchen area, which was a nice added convenience.
4) The complimentary kuay (snack) on my last night was such a thoughtful touch, 10/10. A lovely gesture that made the stay feel even more special.
1) The room is not soundproof. I could hear people talking outside, possibly from students at the college below the guest house, and the noise continued for quite a while at night.
2) The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great. I had already read about this in previous guest reviews, so it wasn’t unexpected. It’s not a major issue, though, just take a longer, slower shower!
3) The towels weren’t very absorbent. I suspect fabric softener may have been used during washing, which can reduce the towels’ absorbency. I would suggest avoiding fabric softener when washing the towels so they remain more absorbent.

Very spacious room! At the best location! The staff even treated me with some local desserts!
