J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux, la gentillesse du personnel et la qualité du service. Une équipe agréable, professionnelle et attentionnée, qui a vraiment contribué à rendre mon expérience très agréable.
J’ai cependant rencontré un problème concernant ma réservation. J’avais réservé une chambre avec vue, mais à mon arrivée, je n’ai malheureusement pas bénéficié de la vue annoncée. Lorsque j’ai essayé d’en discuter avec la personne en charge de ma réservation, celle-ci n’a pas souhaité prendre en compte ma demande et m’a malheureusement envoyé balader.
Je trouve cela particulièrement décevant, d’autant plus que les photos présentées lors de la réservation ne correspondent pas à la réalité de la chambre. Je recommande donc de bien vérifier les détails de la réservation avant de réserver afin d’éviter toute mauvaise surprise.

Aamiainen oli loistava ja mikä todellakin oli ainutlaatuista, se tarjottiin meille ilmaiseksi!!
Saimme myös huoneen käyttöömme ennen virallista sisäänkirjautumisaikaa.
Mukavat vuoteet. Upea näköala merelle. Uima-altaan vesi lämmintä. Paikassa vallitsi välitön tunnelma, eikä meluhaittaa esiintynyt.
Siisteydessä oli hiukan toivomisen varaa. Toki eihän tämä 4 tai 5 tähden hotelli pitänyt ollakaan.

Schöner großer Pool, ausreichend großer Parkplatz, nettes Personal, gute Klima, gutes WLAN.
Sehr kleines, veraltetes Badezimmer, veraltete und abgenutzte Möbel, und wofür das Hotel zwar nichts kann, aber liegt eher weit oben und über viele Stufen erreichbar.
