Clean, spacious apartment with reliable Wi-Fi and working appliances. About a 10-minute walk to useful amenities.
Management was the issue. Before arrival, check-in instructions were delayed behind a guest form requesting details already paid on Booking; resolved only after calling Booking VIP. Mid-stay, the apartment showed available for an extension but neither date change nor a one-night booking worked (two-night minimum). Host confirmed availability, cited a technical issue, and redirected me to Booking. Booking could not complete the change; a new booking was not possible for one night. On checkout morning I called the host number, was told someone would check with the manager and call back, then heard nothing past the 11:00 checkout. Hours later I was messaged that another guest was arriving and keys/cleaning were blocked while I was still in the unit awaiting that call. South-facing rooms can get warm; only a single fan, no AC. Basics were uneven (laundry/dishwasher tablets present, no hand soap or cooking oil).
