Avoid renting with Casago Smoky Mountains. They manage a few cabins. Stay away.

Location and supposedly amenities that I couldn't use like heater pool.

Lack of maintenance and fast response. They have a lot of cabins around and no office for fast inquires. You need to send a message and wait until they decide to respond. I paid including taxes and fees and exaggeration amount of money. 1 house $1,564.49 7 % TAX $150.12 US$ 332.17 Cleaning fee per stay $332.17 2.50 % Tourism fee $39.11 US$ 17.96 Heating fee per night $71.84 6 % Shuttle fee $93.87 2.75 % City tax $43.02 Price (for 7 guests) $2,294.62 Booking.com pays − $125.16 Just check what you will pay for only 4 days in this cabin in a summer. 6% shuttle fee, $332 for cleaning, $72 for heating in a summer. Let me explain you, my issues. Just a day before they send a message about the BBQ, after advertising in they told me that I couldn't use it because of the new regulation and offer me other cabins with BBQ, without inside pool and other amenities that I had in the cabin reserved. First day, my brother arrived at 8pm, no water pressure, they came next day and fixed replacing the water pump. second day, I arrived late because of my flight delays and pool water heater issue, water too cold. I sent a message, they supposedly fixed. Once we went to bed the wall sconce lamp was not tie enough to the base and the lamp took a 90 turn and hit the head of the bed broking the shade glass cover and cutting my wife arm, not a big deal, but she got a small cut. Third day same situation, water heater issues. I sent another message and they told me that maybe the breaker was off. I went to the main electric box breaker and all of them on. Last day, same issue. Avoid this kind of cabins because at the end your days going to be a horror movie. They offer me only $196 refund for the inconvenience.

Nice cabin , good value Terrible customer service from Casago.

Location and amenities

We had water issues for the first 24hrs. Casago less than helpful as they are not local and are managing properties all over. When someone finally arrived ( local person ) he was great and had us going pretty quick.
