Clean, HOT water, beautiful, comfortable, and has great amenities. You have your own numbered parking spot. Loved that each room had their own tvs, good ac, and amazing comfortable beds. The balcony area was also an amazing highlight, but a little sad that the doors were locked for room entry and it could only be accessed from the living area.
One bathroom was a little small, one of the rooms didn’t have a working lamp, and it is noticeable that the humidity is giving a little damage to the place. However these were negligible compared to the pros for me. Be mindful that you are expected to take out trash, wash dishes, etc, so extra caution was taken but these rules were not bad at all.

The property is now under new management. Gary and the management team were AMAZING! I had a couple minor issues like a leaky faucet and a broken door knob. Gary had his team all over it and fixed asap. Highly recommended!
Parking was a little tight under the units. Not an issue if you know how to do a 6 point turn. ;-)
