This is my second visit and love this place.. it’s very close to the railway station and the staff is super friendly . The swimming pool is is a big plus, very inviting and clean..breakfast is very good as you could request local and western style from the chef and the manager Anuradha.. this time I met Mr Felix the owner who lives in USA and I enjoyed chatting with him while joining him to play cards.had a great time and will visit again next year..

Literally everything. My room was spacious and clean. The bed was super cozy and the bathroom was really nice.
Apart from that the pool is beautiful and it’s really quiet and calm.
But the best about this place are the hosts. I went there alone and even though I was the only guest I felt super comfortable and safe. The hosts were taking amazing care of me. They served me really tasty food as well.
Apart from that the train station is literally reachable in 100 meters distance and the beach is just a 3 minutes walk away.
I really loved my time here

This is a new place but what a find! The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and all the plumbing and electrics worked perfectly. Both the aircon and fan were of good quality. The bathroom was thoughtfully laid out with proper hot water in the shower. Toiletries provided. The breakfast was delicious and plentyful. The pool makes for a welcome cooling off spot. The premises also has a large balcony to relax on in the evenings.
Felix, the owner, speaks excellent English and is a great source of knowledge about onward travel, the country and its history and culture.
It's a short walk to the beach. The manager's brother owns a beach club just across the road where you can use sunbeds for free if you tell them where you are staying.
The accommodation is actually right next door to Induruwa railway station and not in Bentota, which is about a four kilometre tuktuk ride away, and where banks, shops etc. can be found. There are a few eating places in Induruwa itself all you can ask the staff to prepare an evening meal for you with sufficient notice.
It is a lovely quiet place to relax for a few days.
