Great location, large space especially for the amount of bedrooms
Lots of maintenance work needed, stained sofa, ripped and dirty net curtains, no mirrors in the bedroom and bathrooms, no wardrobe in one bedroom, broken crockery, stained towels, worn out furniture, broken curtain rods that fell down when you tried to close the curtains. Scruffy outside space that had rubbish left around and weeds growing where plants once grew. Boiler housing hanging off the wall, last guests half eaten food left in the freezer. Dirty dishwasher. No hairdryer. Front entrance door wouldn’t open from the hallway side meaning that you had to enter via the car park in the dark with no light and a massive pothole to watch out for in the middle of the driveway. Cupboard doors in the kitchen that were broken or hanging off. In general it needs a good refurb.

Sehr grosszügige und schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Perfekte Lage und Parkplatz vor der Türe.
Vom Vermieter erhielten wir gute und klare Informationen. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen.
