The apartment was close to the hotel but separate. The bathroom facilities were perfect. The beds very comfortable. The host was very pleasant and handed the keys and provided a lot of advice on the area. The region is quite and does not suffer from noisy activities in the central part of Nidri. However, it is very close to all the restaurants and cafes and bars. The beach is just outside the apartment and there are free sunbeds to use, provided by the property. You can take them to the beach and select an appropriate place. We had breakfast at a close bakery, although the hotel nearby offers a buffet breakfast.
The wifi is not stable and it appears to require some update. The TV also required some care. However, these may not be so important if you are on holidays.

Superb location - steps away from the beach. Sunbeds available to use. Pool in adjoining hotel along with a snack bar. We had the maisonette and it was huge- two bathrooms, washing machine, well equipped kitchen and large balcony. Shirt wall to all amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies etc). Host was superb - very responsive to messages. Just organised taxi for airport transfer. Apartment was very clean and housekeeping came every other day. Highly recommended.

Perfect location, lovely garden with gate straight onto the beach.
My preferred end of the strip in Nydri.
Close to bus stop, small shop at top of the road.
Nice quiet beachfront location.
Aircon at no extra charge.
Staff really nice.
You can use hotel pool if you wish.
The studios are part of the hotel, but on a separate site.
Great spot.
Rooms are a little dated, but that did bother us.
It’s just a base and somewhere to sleep.
