Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de tiendas, supermercados y mercados, restaurantes, es una zona muy viva.
El colchón es muy confortable y la ducha amplia. El administrador atiende enseguida y resuelve todo lo posible.
Deberían tener un manual de ciertas cosas que hubieramos podido solucionar rápidamente y nos costó un poco, p.e. para disfrutar de la Smart TV hay que cambiar a HDMI y estuvimos 3 dias sin ver la TV porque solo salía la TV nacional y siempre era lo mismo. Con la cerradura también tuvimos un incidente, no podíamos abrir la puerta del exterior y solo habia que colocar una chapita en su sitio, pero no supieron solucionarlo sin la ayuda del técnico, con un pequeño manualo de uso colgado tras la puerta lo hubieramos solucionado sin molestar a nadie.
El olor en la entrada del apartamento, parece que haya habido alguien con gatos porque olía un poco a pipí de gatos y a humedad....no en el apartamento pero sí en el lobby.
Todo lo demas estuvo bien.

Excellent location - very Central in Cannes. Spacious one bedroom that was clean an efficient. Of note - the building has both a ground floor entrance for foot traffic into the city square and a third floor entrance best for vehicle drop offs. We found that to be very convenient. There's also a nearby Carrefour market for groceries and smaller items (soap, detergent, etc).
We enjoyed our stay - no dislikes.

Great location and quiet, nice outside balcony and shutters for the light.
It’s was so unclean it was an embarrassment, dirty ear buds that had obviously been in the bathroom for weeks, unclean shower enclosure, dirty floors especially outside, door handles hanging off, a lumpy bed with a hole in the middle, no light in the toilet so you had to leave the door open, sockets hanging off the wall next to the bed (DANGEROUS). No oven in the kitchen, just a microwave grill that was useless.
Overall it NEEDS the owner to go in and actually think “would I actually stay here?”
Then fix what needs doing. €500. At max and then raise the charge so customers and you reap the benefits of getting off your seat and doing a good job, not just freaking off customers, despite me saying No lights etc, I was told we will ask the cleaners.
