It was clean and cozy
Minutes from the beach was a little of a let down; thought the description put it closer.

Comfortable and a decent location
The floors were very dirty. It definitely needs a good cleaning

The property was very spacious, especially the living area and outside area downstairs.
It was further from the beach than I imagined. The 400ft from the beach I believe would be from the entrance of the property. However, it’s a darn good walk from the property to the entrance. For you folks it’s no problem, I’m 60. I drove my car to the parking lot right next to the property and walked from there. Not encouraging that. I probably got lucky not getting towed.

It is close to the beach.
That one of the tvs was stuck on one channel and when we arrived the front door locked wouldn’t lock so we had to wait until someone came to fix it.
