Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, e molto ben strutturato. Molto pulito. La posizione non è centrale ma nemmeno troppo distante dal centro

Location was good to beach and Montrose high street and close by to local Tesco store. Plenty of off-street car parking beside property. Well equipped modern kitchen, modern bathroom and sitting room and 2 bedrooms well kitted out and of a good size. Overall a lovely clean property and highly recommend if visiting Montrose and surrounding villages and beaches.
As you entered the side lane to property the pathway was dirty due to Seagull droppings. Appreciate this is outwith the property's control.

The location of the property was close enough to the town centre without being too close. The location to the nearest bus stop and train station were within a five minute walk which was great. The town centre and location to the beach were within walking distance which was fantastic too.
