L'emplacement et la tranquillité. L'appartement est bien pour trois personnes et il est propre.
Le gros problème sont les poubelles et les détritus qui jonchent l'accès à l'escalier et l'escalier qui mène à l'appartement. Nous n'avons pas ouvert les rideaux de la pièce principale car elles donnaient sur les poubelles. Il serait bien de remédier à cela car ça gâche et ce n'est pas agréable. Il aurait été également bien de préciser dans la description de booking que l'appartement est en sous-sol. Je suis désolée mais l'appartement est bien mais je ne le conseillerais pas à cause des poubelles. C'est sincèrement dommage.

Returning for a second stay so soon felt like an easy decision. The flat offers a calm and comfortable environment in a fantastic part of London, with Holland Park, local cafés, shops, and transport links all within easy reach. We particularly appreciated how easy it was to settle in and make the space our own during our stay. Marco was attentive throughout and provided excellent local recommendations that helped us discover places we would otherwise have missed. The whole experience felt seamless from booking to check-out.
It was unfortunate that the outdoor courtyard wasn’t accessible, as it looked like a pleasant space to enjoy some fresh air, especially with our Frenchie, Oscar. That said, this was very minor point and did not impact our enjoyment of the stay.
