We liked the parking directly underneath the apartment and 10min walk to town centre. Perfect sized apartment for us (3 adults). We liked having ironing facilities and the hairdryer. Only there for 4 days so didn't need the washing machine or dishwasher, but useful if staying for longer. The fan in each bedroom very useful.
One of the bedrooms had no warbrobe. A coat of paint wouldn't go amiss.

-Living room: carpet was filthy, banister beside fridge full of dust, TV remote became unresponsive after 1 day, a lot of dust accumulated on Wi-Fi box and Tv stand, Netflix guest account didn't work, kitchen tap dripped all day throughout the stay
-Bedrooms: Ensuite bedroom: crisp found in middle drawer, stains left on carpet, grime all over the shower, toilet flush button repeatedly got stuck
-Main bathroom: toilet flush button had sellotape over, we were not told what to do and proceeded to use the broken flush
-Cleaners came to clean the carpet during our stay, instead of before we were already there
On Saturday 22nd, the power to the sockets and to the Tv stopped working early in the morning, this took approximately 40 minutes to fix (we were unable to have breakfast)

A lovely apartment in a great location. It had a large fridge freezer and a decent kitchen. The shared space was very comfortable. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to Bath city centre, which was amazing, so once parked, we could walk into the city centre. There is also a former residence of Jane Austin nearby, which we stumbled upon by accident.
The double bed was not very comfortable and I could feel the springs.
The extractor fan in the main bathroom was so loud that we didn’t feel like we could use the light at night, as this would wake everyone, possibly people in other flats!
As mentioned by others the parking space was difficult to use and park in a way that the driver can exit the vehicle. This is due to a pillar and wall. I live in a very tight road, so am used to difficult parking, but if there had been other cars present in the other spaces, it would likely have been impossible. Fortunately, it seems that the other properties don’t have cars.

Well appointed kitchen and living space, very clean, great linens. So nice to have 2 full bathrooms, one for each bedroom.
It was nearly perfect however we could all feel the bed springs which impacted our sleep. Also would have been great if shampoo and body soap were provided. We do appreciate that many other consumables were provided!
