Disappointing

Views

Incorrect code for lockbox supplied. Had to call to get code for new lockbox. Incredibly steep with many stairs to get to the front door and then house itself on four levels and multiple stairs which were very difficult to navigate with luggage. No milk for tea and coffee. Very dated decor. Charged "replacement" fee for facewasher and towels due to normal discolouration from makeup!
