The beds was comfortable. Very cute apartment! Loved having dishes and stuff to clean up . I loved the view that we got when we went to the other floors . We loved the game room on the other floor! That was very fun! Love the patio that had grills and everything we needed to cook out besides the charcoal. Love they provided and blow up bed and extra bedding .
Well we thought by the pictures we was getting a way bigger apartment and it’s just alot little apartment. I didn’t like the washer and dryer . The dryer didn’t dry our clothes . The washer had mold . The laundry detergent didn’t smell good at all. Found a pubic hair in the shower and found someone’s underwear in the couch . Did not like having one key! That made our trip very hard , because you need a key to even use the elevators or get in the building.

Building was kinda dirty. Our spy camera detector kept going off in the bathroom behind the mirror. TV didn’t work either.

The apartment itself was very nice. Decor was pretty, plenty of room, comfortable beds. Great location!
Parking and getting into the property was not great. The parking spaces we were allowed in the back of the property were already taken. That parking lot was very dirty and a little creepy. We parked across the street in the garage that was suggested. He carried our luggage across the street and proceeded to try to get our key out of the lockbox. The lock boxes are located on a wall and what is essentially underneath the parking garage. Our cell reception was not great so it took a while to use the link to open the lockbox. When I did open the lockbox and got my key out I had to send them an email with a picture of the key. I did that. Then I also had to message them to let them know that we had arrived. I’ve never had to do anything like that before when staying in a property. After a while, I checked my phone and realized that they had messaged me and said they never got my email with the picture of the key so I sent them a new picture. Then they emailed me and said it wasn’t the right picture. They needed a picture with the serial number. I sent that picture. Then I received another message stating that I had to send another picture of the key with the QR code. So I did that. The next day when we went to leave, our car was locked in the garage across the street. We walked on foot around the entire building, trying to find a way to get in. Eventually, we had to call Customer Service and then luckily ran into someone who paid for monthly parking who let us in. After that, we went back to return the key to the lockbox. The link would not work. It prompted me to set up an account, but then that would not work. I had to call Customer Service. I was on the phone with Customer Service for five minutes until they could remotely open the lockbox. I then had to take another picture and send it to the email letting them know that I returned the lockbox.
