Privacy and noise in the daytime due to adjacent construction site is jeopardized.

This is a comfortable, stylish ,unique villa with a stunning view of a ravine, small river and jungle landscape. It has a lovely layout, very private, with its own pool and well equipped outdoor undercover seating area with good kitchen facilities, fridge and washing machine.
At night time, the outdoor lighting makes it a delightful place to be.
Top tip. The switch for the light above the table is below the fan on the wall.
There is a second toilet and wash basin in the outside area. Very useful.
The interior lighting and air conditioning is excellent. Another fridge is inside the property along with plenty of storage space for your belongings.
