Location was great

No guest service, everything is online, not very professional. Room was not very clean. No blankets on beds, just sheets. Kids weren't allowed to play w ball of any type at pool,no music allowed in pool area. Mold on bathroom ceilings Beds were extremely hard! Pool was dirty and only 1 pool, not 2 as listed

Location was great

No guest service, everything is online, not very professional. Room was not very clean. No blankets on beds, just sheets. Kids weren't allowed to play w ball of any type at pool,no music allowed in pool area. Mold on bathroom ceilings Beds were extremely hard! Pool was dirty and only 1 pool, not 2 as listed
