A solid 10/10 with a clear conscience. The biggest asset of this resort is the staff. The young, energetic Croatian coordinator greeted us with a smile, thoroughly explained everything (showed us the beach and the market), and proactively helped us find a parking spot one evening—great praise for her initiative. Equally outstanding was the Ukrainian housekeeper: she approached us immediately on arrival, called the coordinator, and was consistently helpful and knowledgeable, explaining where everything was and how to use it. In my view, some of the negative reviews may simply stem from the property being overloaded in peak season, with staffing levels insufficient to meet every guest's expectations—making the hard work of both ladies even more worthy of recognition by the owners.
The apartment was in good condition: A/C in every room, a large fridge, a balcony with a nice sea view, and complete kitchen essentials (kettle and cutlery all provided). The only minor issue was a flickering fluorescent bulb in a room we barely used.
The spacious BBQ area is great for hosting larger gatherings and preparing fish even in bad weather. Right next to it is a kids' play area combined with a gym—the fitness gear is noticeably worn out, but the setup worked out perfectly: the kids played right nearby while I grilled.
Location is great: a beach literally right in front of the property (the kids played there for hours), plus two more very pleasant beaches with full facilities just a short walk away. Highly recommended!

Die Lage und die Aussicht vom Balkon war wunderschön .
Wohnungsausstattung für den Preis finde ich ok.
Küchenutensilien war nicht vollständig.
Badezimmer komplett dreckig Handtücher auch.

Very nice view and location.
Many things were broken, kitchen door handles, Jacuzzi, Outside blinds, AC was not enough to cooldown appartment. Kithen items were very easy accessable to my kids knives etc.
