Location and price where ideal but all other problems made it an unpleasant stay.

The location was ideal for me since we have to go to Emory Clinic for our doctors visit and we stay out of town.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. We encountered roaches and spiders inside the Airbnb, which made us uncomfortable during our stay. We also experienced a significant amount of noise from the unit upstairs. We could hear loud walking, phones dropping, and even alarms going off, making it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. We notified the owner about the pest issue and were told that pest control would be sent out, but that never happened. Communication from the owner was also very limited, which made it difficult to get updates or have our concerns addressed. Overall, the cleanliness, noise level, pest issue, and lack of communication made for a frustrating stay. Based on our experience, this was not the level of comfort or service we expected from an Airbnb.
