La posizione dell'appartamento è strategica e comodissima, vicina sia alla fermata dell'autobus che a quella della metro. La struttura è ben arredata e totalmente ristrutturata. Nel complesso è stata una buona esperienza.
Il check-in e il check-out si fanno interamente online. In un'epoca sempre più digitale in cui la tecnologia sostituisce i rapporti interpersonali, sarebbe stato bello trovare una persona fisica ad accoglierci, capace di fare un po' da "cicerone" e consigliare i posti da visitare. Inoltre, abbiamo notato una scarsa attenzione ai dettagli: in cucina non c'era una bottiglia d'acqua e mancavano i beni di prima necessità (olio, aceto, spezie), ma solo tre capsule di caffè decaffeinato. In camera c'era un solo comodino e in bagno mancavano i saponi monouso, con il dispenser del bagnoschiuma che era addirittura terminato. C'è da dire che l'host si è messa a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza, ma per gli ospiti a cui non piace dover chiedere ogni cosa, sarebbe preferibile trovare già queste piccole comodità all'interno della struttura. Con qualche accortezza in più, il livello si alzerebbe di molto.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Cozy Apartment in Rom. Die Unterkunft ist modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt für Familien.
Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar. Alles lief unkompliziert und professionell.
Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

i liked the apartment
The host is very stick in check inn and check-out timings. I requested an early check-in; he asked for 20 euros, so I cancelled my request. Check-in time is too late: 1500 hours. I reached the property at 12 noon and had to wait at a coffee shop until 1500 hrs. Then I again requested to check out at 12 noon, but he denied it and said I had to check out at 10 am. This is a ridiculous time to check out so early? Normally, all hotels allow check-out by 12 noon at least and extend it on request, but this host is only money-minded. On payment he can allow, but not as a courtesy when you are charging around 60 euros per night.
