Absolute perfection. Everything one expects from a truly exceptional 5-star hotel. It’s beautiful, great location. But honestly; the staff is what does it. Real professionals, very friendly, always a step ahead. From the bellmen, reception, the concierges and the amazing staff at breakfast. It’s like being transported back in time into old-world luxury Cortina. Absolutely fantastic. Ow, and the best and most beautiful hotel-spa I’ve ever come across. Can’t wait to return.

Everything was amazing and top notch: the room, facility, staff, service, and food. Every single detail was given attention. We were celebrating a special occasion and the staff showered us with extras. By far the best hotel stay we've ever had.

The staff and service were absolutely impeccable. They all knew who we were quickly, and suggested restaurants, things to do, etc. The dining staff were exceptional. The restaurant is true fine dining, but not snobby at all. They saw we were not wine people, and instead offered a custom cocktail with our meal. Then the Bar Manager (Davide, magician of booze) came over with a wee cart and made the cocktails in front of us, after discussing flavors and our preferences. Honestly, we wished that the second night we had dined at the hotel again. The food was exquisite and we have such a good time.
The beds were the comfiest I've slept in for years. The shower was brilliantly designed, with a bench, and under-bench lighting and a hidden drain. No accidental puddles. Good robes, amazing tote bag I wanted to take home. Sized sandals! They included flip-flops for the spa, and included different sizes that fit myself and my partner well.
Disliked the touch screen panel for lights in the room. Had to put on my glasses to read it, not great for the nearsighted. Such a small quibble.

Equipe extremamente gentil, educada. Quarto absurdamente lindo, confortável, recém reformado. Como era nosso aniversário de casamento ganhamos um espumante como surpresa e também um upgrade para um quarto mais espaçoso.
Em um dos dias tivemos que sair antes do horário do café da manhã para uma trilha e prontamente montaram um café da manhã para levarmos e comermos. Super queridos. Tudo limpo, SPA absurdamente incrível, café da manhã delicioso. Boa localização, perto do centrinho onde tudo acontece mas não tão perto para fazer barulho. Janela anti ruído funcionou super bem também.
Estacionamento a 40 euros por dia é bem absurdo. Tivemos que parar fora do local. Sugiro que revisem para um valor mais acessível.
Nosso quarto não fechava as persianas e por isso havia claridade no quarto. Isso atrapalhou a experiência. Não possuiam máscara de dormir ou uma solução para arrumar. Uma pena.
