Location was perfect. Host/Hostess very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Breakfast room delightful with great view of river. In fact, one of the best parts of our stay was the delightful walk each day along the river to get to town. Definitely recommend!
Our room was at the top of the house, and required climbing two sets of stairs - one set rather narrow/steep. They explain it clearly in writeup, so I knew this when I booked and was not surprised. As result, the room may not work for everyone, especially anyone with mobility issues, but is quite lovely once you get to the top. It has a view of river as well, but only if you stand and look out high windows.

Very good location to access Inverness shops and restaurants, rooms are very comfortable, clean and well furnished. Bathroom likewise with a super walk in shower. Breakfast was excellent and the hosts are superb.
Perhaps a little on the expensive side, but it was a high standard of B&B.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the whole stay was easy and uncomplicated. We felt very comfortable and would happily stay here again.

Lovely home on the River Ness. Hugh, the owner was the most incredible and kind man. The breakfast his wife Catherine prepared was so beautiful and tasty. Food was plenty and they also make eggs to order. We stayed in the two bedroom
Unit on the upper floor. It was quiet, clean and would highly recommend.
