Position, clean and tidy and helpful staff. Glass enclosed front verandah providing a comfortable place to sit and watch the sunset. Good cheep accommodation.

The room whilst clean and reasonably comfortable, is dated and looking a bit tired. Wardrobe and vanity doors didn’t close properly. The shower gel container in the shower was empty. Whilst not an issue for us, it should have either been replaced or removed.

Location spot on even over the winter season , external enclosed verandah a plus !

Stayed only overnight , more nights would allow for more commenting !

Located beach front and near the pub! Have a Friday happy hour that was fun and full of locals - serving cocktails! There’s a food van up the road. Check it out! Top grub, but if they are sold out. Head to the Chinese - that’s even better Comfortable beds The little Chinese shop, don’t be deceived - some of the best Chinese outside of Chinatown run by a bloke on his own in Kingston - you won’t regret it.
