Beautiful apartment but no air conditioner.

The apartment was very clean and well maintained.

Outside of building was a little run-down. Parking was difficult. If you went out at night, parking lots were full. Most importantly, there was no air conditioner and this was not stated in the information. There was a high heat warning and it only cooled down, in the evening. I feel this should be made clear to potential renters.

I wwas very disappointed with this rental. The owner was not accommodating at all and only allowed access to the unit at

The fact that is 10 from subway

Nothing

A solid 6 priced like a 9. I would only recommend it at half the price.

Free parking, when available. If you find a spot you can park there and seemed secure enough if no valuables are inside. Location is ok...You could walk to city center (40 min) And several supermarkets also within walking distance. The neighborhood is pretty much old, nice Portuguese people and foreign youngsters but overall calm, noise free place.

Let's separate 2 things here, the property and the host. First the property> A solid 6. Old building in old neighborhood (not classical old, just old) renovated yes but beds and pillows were awful. Full kitchen but no kitchenware... Having to buy spoons and forks after a long trip.. Old tiny elevators means sending in the bags with one person and the rest climb the stairs. As for the host> Terrible experience, we had a medical emergency with or 3yo before traveling, asked to cancel or delay the stay, with medical documents.. but the response was robotic and cold. We ended up arriving to days later (not a total lost thanks to travel insurance). Before arriving we had to send photos of our personal documents through WhatsApp (forget about privacy rules.. even thought this is agains booking.com guidance we had to do it if we wanted to check in).. I mean... Yes, is not a hotel but for 120 plus euros a night you get the keys in a lock box and a WhatsApp number telling you to check out at eleven... Would not recommend unless you found it at 50% less.

Gostei de tudo, muito limpo e organizado

O chuveiro não esquentou e tivemos que tomar banho frio. A cama era pequena (de casal simples).
