This place is such a gem 💎 The staff here are so amazing and friendly and really care about their guests. The facility is nice, new, and clean and has everything a traveler could want. I am definitely going to recommend this place for anyone who plans on visiting Saigon.

CityHouse Bellita is excellent for the price. The building feels new, the room was very clean, and everything worked properly. The shower had strong pressure and reliable hot water. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchenette was stocked with the basics you’d need for a short stay.
The room is on the smaller side — likely a bit tight for families — but perfect for solo travelers and fine for couples. The area is quieter and more residential, which I appreciated. Staff were kind and responsive.
Overall, it punches above its weight for the cost. I would stay again
